STEP 2 - COMPLETE AND RETURN WAIVER FORM

Click on this link to view and print the 4WD waiver form through your Web Browser. Read and complete one form for each vehicle. It must be signed by every passenger travelling in that vehicle. Return the signed forms to Teresa Connell either by Fax (08) 8667 5075 or Post to PO Box 74 Wilmington SA 5485 NOTE: Forms returned by post must be sent at least 1 week prior to your tour date.

STEP 3 - MAKE YOUR PAYMENT The cost per vehicle is $30 and your payment options are: A: PAY ONLINE TODAY You can now pay online using PAYPAL. PayPal has over 100 million accounts in 55 countries and regions, making it one of the most sought-after payment methods worldwide. Click on the logo to learn more about PAYPAL. To proceed with your purchase, click on the 'BUY NOW' button below. In the 'quantity' box enter the number of vehicles in your group that you are paying for. Near the final stage of your payment, there is a box where you are required to enter the registration numbers of the vehicles that you are paying for. You have the option of creating your own PAYPAL account and making your purchase using that, or you can follow the links and simply pay using your Visa or Mastercard. You can return to this site at any time by clicking on the 'return to merchant' link in the bottom left hand corner. Upon completion of your payment you can print your receipt and you will also receive email notification of your payment. NOTE: You do not need to be a registered PayPal user to pay online. Horseshoe Top-End does not gain access to your personal details.

B: PAY BY CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER

Payments may also be made by cheque or money order made out to 'JG & TA Connell' and posted with your completed waiver forms at least 1 week prior to your tour date.

STEP 4 - DOWNLOAD AND PRINT YOUR INFO PACK

The Horseshoe Top-End Self-Drive 4WD 'Info Pack' contains important information, including maps. You may download it as a Microsoft Word Document (274 kB) or view it and print it through your Web Browser (472 kB). You will need to take this with you on your journey.

STEP 5 - RECEIVE GATE PADLOCK COMBINATIONS

We will contact you on the day prior to your tour date to inform you of the current padlock combinations required to gain access to the Horseshoe Top-End 4WD Tracks. If you have not provided a contact number or are not going to be contactable on the day prior to your tour date, you will need to contact Teresa Connell on 0448 048 836.
